Pastor
I am a senior pastor.
My primary passion-and what has been also my biggest
challenge-is supporting my leaders and teams. Kingdom Tools not only equips me
with the tools necessary to manage and promote the church; it equips my staff,
ministry leaders and their teams as well.
With Kingdom Tools, I can
- Give
my ministry leaders and staff the ability to manage and report
on members, families, and groups;
- Give
my ministry leaders and staff the ability to track an unlimited number of member
attributes they feel may be important;
- Keep
sensitive information secure, allowing only certain leaders the ability to
work with sensitive information, while blocking others out;
- Delegate
tasks to my team and manage what is/isn't getting done;
- Equip my leaders with access to
marketing tools, such as an updateable web presence for their
ministry;
- Allow leaders the ability to manage and
promote their events with a powerful scheduling system that manages our internal schedules and community-wide events;
- Allow my ministry leaders and staff the
ability to grant to their team members access to the People Manager,
Schedule Manager, Web, etc.
so that team members can be equipped as well, and the workload can be
dispersed.
Another passion of mine is helping people grow in their
relationship with Christ. I use Kingdom Tools to:
-
Find out, in real time,
via the People Manager what is happening in the lives of our people-whole
body data capturing
- Report
from home and find out who is slipping through the cracks before they
actually do;
- Stay
in communications with and praying over those that are
struggling - the Kingdom Tools Desktop keeps me more aware.
- Report
on our different ministries and groups to track involvement and people's
growth;
- Keep
the congregation aware of upcoming events via the online schedule
that integrates into my website;
- Podcast
our sermons and teachings for availability online, anytime;
- Automatically
send customized, personalized newsletters to visitors, other
groups, or our whole database in order to keep the lines of communication
open;
- Keep
an eye on attendance over time in order to determine who is
disconnecting;
- Provide
a place where each ministry can have an online community with whom
to build relationships;
- Communicating through our customized, updated website to visitors who we are, what is going
on, and how to find us.
