For this reason we have designed our product to allow each Church to customize their database and create categories and fields that they want to keep track of. The layout of your data collection area is customizable as well. Once you've created your fields and begun to gather data, you can start creating complex reports immediately.

Simply login with your secure password, and access your information from anywhere. You can have an unlimited amount of users, and there are no licensing fees, no fees for support or training, as well as no fees for upgrades

Gets the word out to your church and about your church
In addition to the church and ministry management features of Kingdom Tools, the solution also offers you a full, customizable, updateable website. This website works in conjunction with your management system. A main administrator at your church can simply login and update various features on the website, while ministry leaders can login and update just their own specific area on the site; you can add sub pages, calendars, flash animation, etc.! It's very powerful and very easy to use. You can have certain users make updates to the site "live", while others can create versions of the site that will need to be approved before going live.

While one person only has access to certain portions of Kingdom Tools, when a Pastor or senior administrator logs in, he/she has full access to all of Kingdom Tools and can view all of the users' input and progress. Pastors and Senior Administrators can generate church-wide reports that culls all the information entered; ministry leaders, on the other hand, can run reports related to their ministries or groups within their ministries.
